Sleep Apnea, what is it? Sleep Apnea- we are hearing about it, "all over the place" 

Not really sure if Sleep Apnea applies to you or someone you care about…..and want some real clarification.

Sleep Apnea is a condition where there is a blockage somewhere from your nose to your lungs...

Results in Snoring and Sleep Apnea.
